What did Substance (bar/pub) in Sunderland (UK - North East) used to be called???

Question

I know it used to be a restaurant called Caribbean Dreams or something like that, but I am SURE it was something else before Substance.

Any ideas???

Haven't lived in Sunderland for a while, so cannot give you any specific names, however, as long as 25 years ago it was either a restaurant or a bar of some sort and has had many name changes since then.
