Homemade Beef Stew with potatoes, carrots, and onions. I am turning the leftovers into Beef Soup tomorrow by adding more potatoes, home grown green beans, corn (off the cob), lima beans, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Yummy! Can't wait!
