  1. Great. Brock is an ultra talent. He needs to be a gym rat and polished in his submissions and ground game. The Ufc Heavyweights need a posterboy badly.

  2. that was your basic taken behind the woodshed and beatin to a pulp. Herring had no answer for Lesnar for 15 minutes. Brock does need to work on some submission and just a little tweak on his GnP and this dude will be a champion soon.

  3. He was miles ahead of what he was in his previous fight, but still has a long way to go to be an elite fighter.

  4. I was impressed with brock, but felt he did a lot of laying on heath

  5. I was disappointed that he was unable to finish the fight, but otherwise he was impressive.

  6. I think he came out and did exactly what he needed to do to win the fight, and what most people knew he would have to do to win the fight. He still needs to work on his ground game and his striking, but all in all I think he did what he needed to do and won a clear cut decision. Maybe next time he'll push a little farther and have a few new wrinkles to his game and we'll see him finish somebody. I do have to give him props though, with as little experience as he has I couldn't believe it when he came out and floored Heath with that first right hand. I mean as much more striking experience as Heath has, how did he not see that punch coming and counter it? Give credit to Brock though, at least it was some big silly wild looping punch, it actually looked like a really good punch technically and God knows with his size and strength it had to have been a whopper to be on the receiving end of.

  7. Lesnar definetly dominated the whole fight, but he needs to start kicking *** instead of just holding ppl down.

  8. I think it was a great fight ! First of all, I'm a big Heath fan . But I was really happy to see Brock take it . A lot of people have been dissing Lesnar about his WWE past and apparent steroid use. People have to remember, before WWE he was a professional wrestler and won many matches and did not use steroids then as they were banned and tested in competitions ( Now obviously I wasnt there but I do know that those wrestlers were forced to undertake drug tests ).

I watched WWE a few years back and at some stage or another most of us did. Before UFC came along that is, it was entertaining and Brock Lesnar was a fans favourite. Very big, very dominating and very entertaining. Some people dont like his personality, some people dont like the way he tauned Herring after the match. But you must give it to the guy, wouldnt you love to see him fight some heavy weights and win? He has a lot of work to do but you can see clearly from that fight if you have REALLY watched it. He is adapting, and fast ! He has serious speed and even more agility. A guy of his size being able to move like that is special, if he keeps up his training and keeps taking it as serious as he is .. you know he really could get somewhere. Looking at people like Kimbo Slyce who have made an impact.. Kimbo still has no ground work. If any of you watched the fight with Adrian Thompson you will have noticed that Adrian was winning once kimbo was on the floor..and with ease! Brock has good speed power and co-ordination and he proved against heath who has a great mixed martial arts background..that his floorwork is just top notch. He kept him on his belly most of the fight..and learned from his past mistakes !

Did any of you notice at one stage..heath was on his back..and brock had both his legs in his 2 hands? I was thinkin .. OH JESUS BROCK NOT AGAIN :p It was exactly the same position he lost his last fight from and this time he didnt make that mistake. I'm sure herring was thinkin the same thing !

Great fight, that guy with a bit more experience could really do well. He proved that. He can entertain too ! I would love to see him take out a few people like Tim Sylvia etc.

Sorry I waffled on..but Ive waiting for this fight for weeks ! Havent got over it yet ! :D Also Lesnar was a lot more respectful in his Pre-Fight interview towards Herring than Herring was towards Brock. "good fighter, going to have my hands full" etc. Herring made 2 references to the size of brock lesnars head in 2 seperate interviews and there was also a rumour he said that he is still a fake wrestler ( cant comfirm if its true ) but presuming Brock is aware of those, maybe its not uncalled for that he did a small taunt at the end.

Anyway ..sorry ! Great Fight ! Shame about Herring but Brock seems a little more dynamic right now. Would make a good champion, the only question is... CAN HE TAKE A FEW PUNCHES? He took a strong elbow in the fight from the ground but can he take a beating ? STAY TUNED ! :)
