What did her shirt mean?

It was a shirt with a recycle symbol and in the center there was a little red heart. It said "what goes around comes around" what does that even mean?

it means keep out world clean,

and if you dont then like something bad will happen to you, becuase you doing something bad...like karma.

I agree with the first answer it's karma what it is referring to is with love recycled then it can come back around to be recycled again for some one else to give.

It's like the poem bring your love back home to be.

What I am referring to in this poem is that the love you give is the love that was always meant for you in the first place.
