your question should be, what didnt fay do that was weird? the hurricane passed over florida four times, setting a new record. it gained strength on land, no hurricane has done this to my knowledge. and it stayed in place for several days..

also it kept the weathermen, and wemon, guessing as to what it would do next..sign of the times? makes one wonder....
