What did make her to stops?

as normally obsessed persons stalking sometimes with psychose do not stops as easy as that sometimes they go just as eliminate their victims ,as we see the movie fatal attaction and in many real cases. can a person as that stops voluntary?

she was stalking her ex in an internet anonymous forum, attacking insulting, saying bad names etc.he used to answer and she was becoming more and more violent . he decided to ignore her and she provoks a bit and say lying that she would be in the justice trying to invert the situation... now she stopped as he s ignoring her. what kind of illness? what did make her stops? will it be definitly?

I answered this last night and told you to ignore it.  

Does it matter if she has a mental illness or is simply obessessed?  Are you trying to get an excuse to come back at her?  It seems that she is not the only one obssessing about her actions.
