What did the BBUK producers succeed & fail with this year..?

My choices are:

Success: Putting a blind person in the house..as repugnant as he is to me I think Mikey's been an entertaining housemate. And has perhaps raised awareness of the difficulties faced everyday by people who are visually impaired in any way.

Failure: Ghetto princess Alex De Gale...also that vile Dennis..with Alex, I think the producers probably wanted to reinforce a negative stereotype of a black person...

It goes without saying that I think Mario was an exemplary HM..and shouldn't have been voted out so soon...

Success: Managing to get this crappy show aired on national TV again!

Failure: Managing to produce an even crappier show than normal!

Is that the sort of thing you meant? This show was even worse than soaps, it too has run it's course and done it's thing; what more do you want of it?

I feel they've missed a golden opportunity this year, the tasks have been in general very poor, no imagination, effort or expense spent. Its been dance task followed by eating task followed by dance task. And the divide stayed up about 3 weeks to long.

I don't see the producers as racist after all they vastly over proportion the amount of ethnic minority and foreign born housemates, its much more like a representation of London as opposed to the UK as whole. Alex was only to happy to portray herself that way.

if they hadnt got booted out.. i think the vote for them would have been higher than nicoles :o

i like mikey :D & even though i thought at the start it would be a complete disaster- it was a sucession (y)
