  1. Not much, but here is a stretch.

    All three began in New England.  The Great Awakening was a religious revival that began in Massachusetts.  Colonial trade was centered around the New England colonies, because of the inability to make money in farming.  Colonial assemblies, did not begin in New England (House of Burgesses in Virginia), but they did become widespread in New England.
