  1. They were  so  brutal  because  they believed  what  Britain  told  them.  Divide  and  rule.  They  were one  people  until  someone  decided  to  seperate  them. Example,  Ireland,  Korea,  India,  to  name  a  few.  I don't  care  about  thumbs  down  i  only  care  about  the  truth  and  facts  and  history.


  2. I think you have it backwards.  The Hutu majority tried to anielate the Tutsi minority in Rwanda.
