a mexican type casserole. Bisquick bottom topped with salsa,corn,cooked hamburger, refried beans and cheese, baked in the oven. YUM!

Chicken soft shell tacos with black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream!

Grilled mozzarella and tomato sandwich with basil: homemade wheat bread, my own tomatoes and my own basil. Might have it again tomorrow.

green salad, pickled artichokes, marinated pork chop, broccoli, and rice.   Oh yea, and some veggie soup.

chicken cooked with bbq and broccoli velveeta...so good!

Grilled steak, grilled yellow squash, corn on the cob,  sliced and baked red potatoes with olive oil and bacon bits and for dessert homemade key lime pie.  YUMMY  I'm having the left overs for lunch today.
