Cheeseburger macaroni (it's my 5-year-old's night to choose what's for dinner), salad, and corn fritters.  We opened up a coconut for some dessert fun but it had aged a little too long and there wasn't much good "meat" left.  We live in Houston, Texas.  Tomorrow night's fish...it's the 6-year-old's turn to choose.
