  1. Some guests took them home.

    Cost was about $6000

  2. I kept my floral arrangements, which were silk flowers, and had a nice centerpiece made with them. I also let some of them go with the close relatives.  I believe all of the flowers cost around $250 for all of the arrangements, boutineers, bride's bouquet, and bridal party bouquets.

  3. I asked the florist to bring some extra bouquet sleeves and I encouraged people to take the centerpieces home.  They were simple tulip bunches and were about $20/piece.  The other option would be to take them to a nursing home to distribute but I didn't want to give my family more work to do after I left the reception.

  4. The guests took the centerpieces. Whenever I go visit someone who was a guest at my Wedding, the centerpiece is displayed somewhere around the house and I love it.

The cost was about $12.00 per centerpiece.

    Good Luck and Congratulations.

  5. I kept my original bouquet, made a bouquet especially to throw and all of the bridal party...i let them keep it! My flowers were absolutely FREE from a florist b/c my mother does her hair and they just did like an exchange for it! They were beautiful silk white and yellow roses!

  6. Give to my guests! You will be on your honeymoon and they will probably fade pretty quickly anyway. I kept one for me to dry but let the guests take the rest.

I paid $120 total for my flowers--10 organic bouquets of seasonal wildflowers and one dozen red roses to make up the boutiques and my boutique.  I also used cuttings from my friend's yard for greenery filler.

  7. I asked our guests to take them home. My were $10/each but it was because I know the florist well. I had 5 white calla lillies with a handful of bear grass set in a tall clear vase. We sprinkled red rose pedals around the base of the vase to 'bring' the centerpiece together.

  8. We gave our centerpieces to our guests, one per table, in a random fashion. (People were scrabbling for the "extras" that were used as other table decorations!) Each arrangement was approx. $10.

  9. gave it away to guests
