  1. reused it as bar and chain oil for my chainsaws

  2. used to pour it in a bucket and use it to keep chains and things rust free then when the bucket filled I took it to the gas station where they took it from me for free. now I just use WD40 and do the same. I live 3 blocks from an oil change place, so it's easy to take it there after a change.

  3. I used to put it in squeeze bottles and lube my chain on my bike and rusty hinges and just about anything that needed some lubrication and I still do it .

  4. killed weeds

actually the best thing to do with your used oil and trans fluid now is to run it through a fuel filter and add it to your diecel fuel at a rate of 2 gallons oil to 10 gallons fuel you wont smoke more  it burns fine you get the same milage  and diecel is $4.50 a gallon

you save $8.00 per ten gallons  or close to $20 per fillup

and you can get the oil/auto trans fluid free

  5. well, you see, it sounds like youre trying to draw me into a debate here, but i will tell you how it IS!!! im starting my own oil well, so i dump it all in the same spot in the backyard for 35 years, one day i will shoot it with a shotgun like that jed clampett and be rich!!! yeeeeee haw!!

  6. Same thing the oil companies use it for, spraying on dirt roads and driveways to stop dust.

  7. before now, i use to throw it in the side ditch. but now i take it to auto zone or advance.

  8. I have been recycling oil for as long as I remember. Dumping illegally has been illegal for many years.

  9. Our in on the ground and put dirt on it or cat litter, but know i recycle it.

  10. dumped it in the firepit and let it burn ....
