Yes its a cultural dish.

Pork Dish = It's Chinese. Cantonese recipe dish.

Plus the resturant was named L---Canton Foods. If you Google recipe its a Chinese Cantonese dish.

Bottled here in the state where i'm at they have a bottling company here.

Rice = short grain rice I believe its originally grown from some place Asia. Saw resturant owners years ago where they buy their supplies in bulk same place where I shopped.
