Kimbo is a joke. Elite XC sets him up against skill less opponents so he will win. Thompson is big, but has one of the worse skill sets i have ever seen. He practically rolled him self on that crucifix.

I think Kimbo has a long way to go.  Only 3 fights and he is the main event?  I don't get that.  He's definitely got the "I'm a psycho" look down. I don't think they should have stopped the fight.  Stop the bleeding, give him a band aid, and let's go.  I think Thompson would have won because Kimbo was about to pass out from exhaustion.  He needs to learn how to fight on the ground.  You just can't lay there, learn some new techniques.

If i want to watch a rigged fight I'll watch the WWE at least it's more entertaining than watching an out classed fighter sucking wind after 1 round. Also who calls a fight for cauliflower ear bursting? they tried to say it threw off his equilibrium. that would be in your in-er ear. Elite XE is a joke!

He's a horrible fighter. He's built his career so far by fighting no-names and has beens...



Tank Abbott: lost 11 of his last 13

Thompson, his last fight: lost 7 of his last 9

Ray Mercer: Hasn't boxed in 10 years

Bo Catrall: He doesn't even come up if you google his name, that's how little he's known

As for his street career...IDK if it's fair to call beating up 350 pound, obese men a career. I can do that. An average, versed muay thai martial artist could beat the guys he's beaten. He's all hype, not skill. All style, no substance. You're right, anyone else would have whooped him. And as soon as they give him a respectable opponent, he'll get owned.

And I disagree with this notion that he's just a beginner and that he can learn. The fact is, he can't. He's old, his cardio is garbage, and you can't treat an old dog new tricks. He's not going to be much better than he already is.

Anyone else would of wooped on him.... - yes ,JT has been blown away by mediocre fighters in MMA in seconds....literally.....he has NO CHIN yet he stood in there and took kimbo's best shots.....that only means a guy with just a nice chin would have zero respect for his stand up and walk right through kimbo.

you guys are rediculous. kimbo was about to make thompson stop breathing, thats why the fight was called. dude was cross eyed after the flurry from kimbo. you people need to stop hating and just accept it.

The fight was stopped early in order save EXC's star fighter.  The owner had something to do with that.  If JT takes him down and survives the round he gets the decision.  It was stopped early to save them the embarrassment of going to the cards and having to justify in some way that Slice won that fight.  It would have been devastating to EXC to have Slice lose that fight, that is why it was stopped when it was.
