What did you pack for your journey, your spiritual journey, that is?

I like to travel light....what about you?

The body is full of light and I have my body, where can my body take me, UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

My runetines, a bottle of mead, a bottle of whisky, and my staff.  The ring on my finger which holds a store of my hamanja, the Mjolnir around my neck which does the same, and of course ... my flygia as my guide.

Oh, and a knife, axe, and ducttape.  Can never have too much ducttape.

A copy of the Golden Rule. I've tried very hard to pack away  (discard) my old wrongs. Don't want to haul old baggage with me into eternity.

Probably 15 sled dogs.  My spiritual journey always me somewhere cold with Inuits traveling anywhere in search of food.

I saw a couple of guys packing fudge the other day though, so I think other people are getting ready.

Yes, that's why I didn't pack organized religion.  The ticket agent at O'Hare said the bags containing organized religion were too heavy with guilt.  I had to leave them behind.

Some mushrooms, a toad, and some "medical" weed. Some like to travel light i like to travel high. LOL

Ha... I did not pack even a pair of clothes. I just jumped in to swim and swim and swim... and swim. And now I wonder... whats all this that I have gathered... salt and sand... that I am so proud of.

For me, it has not been so important as to what I packed when I began but what I unpacked along the way. We all start off with baggage, aware of it or not. Love the Q.

Edit: There was one thing I did pack that seemed very important, questions. Without questions we do not find answers. The rest, a open mind, ability to Love, devotion, etc...well, I found these in the journey.

A bag containing Faith, Devotion and a clean mirror to reflect things as they are(without discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, possessions).The mirror is also known as Witnessing, Choice less Awareness, Consciousness without objects! With these, the passage is very smooth and fast.

I'm with you, I love traveling light as well, even as a child I was like this.  :)

I have packed wide open ears, a sincere and open heart, and a mind that has been cleared of all baggage, allowing lots of room for Spirit to enter and guide me.  :)

My spiritual journey ended and I never carried anything.Now I do only journeys to holy places to get to understand the ways of the world! Varied experiences everywhere! My spiritual journeys are only in the material world to draw a few souls away, nowadays and I carry everyones karmas around!
