Derrick Walker's team with TG Vision support. I would have never guessed that he would have run so well with no experience in the "crapwagon" on a road/street course. Your thoughts, as I think he needs a ride for the rest of this year, and all of next year. I also went to Subway for the first time in a year!

  1. He had an excellent run.  While he didn't have any experience in the car, he and the Walker crew used their track knowledge to their advantage.

PT is a great driver who just got hung out to dry by Forsythe.  Hopefully Subway or Monster will pony up some dough to get him in a few more races.

  2. I think Paul crawling out from whatever rock he was hiding under is great, unification is the best thing to happen to openwheel in America and Paul is a great driver and personality. Who can argure with 26 or more cars every week! Indy Cars matter again, and Paul finally realized it.

  3. Not the least bit surprised by PT's success this past weekend at Edmonton.  I think that he turned a lot of heads, and proved to many nay-sayers that he still has the drive to compete.  Job well done by the entire Walker/Vision Racing effort and PT; who I might add would be a positive asset to the IndyCar Series.

  4. It was text book unlike those 2 knuckle heads at AGR.  lol

  5. I thought he would finish somewhere between 9th through 15th, but he surprised me with a top 5 finish.  He's a good driver, but I didn't think he would be able to do that well in his first race.

  6. it was a great race for him but he's deffinatly the driver to do it. right now i think him and justin wilson are the best road course drivers. lets not forget PT won the champcar title 6 years ago...and it seems he still has the touch.

  7. I was impressed. He did better than I'd have bet on.....not surprised though.....He didn't  just "accidently" win 31 open wheel races in his career.....I still don't really like him much but I'll tip him my hat because he's old and is still better than many of the youngsters....like that girl driving for AGR and the reckless  kid who drives for his famous dad....oh yeah?...isn't that the same team?.... ...

  8. go pt...

  9. He did really well, but he's still is waaaay too full of himself.

  10. Hey a top 5 finish, I thought it was pretty good. Hopefully this will lead to a full time ride..

    Go Helio

  11. He's still got it. Yaa Hoo
