Hey there,

Gosh, when I watched it last night I was in shock. I thought the press were being douchebags. The one guy I saw interviewing him was like asking him why he failed. Spearman was in shock. I don't know if I could have handled it as graciously as he did. He is a class act. The reporter could have said something like "regardless of what happened you ran a great race instead of being a jerk.

And, you could not pay me to take the silver or the bronze medal. I would not feel that I had earned them. Noone wants to win a medal on a technicality. I just feel bad all around.
