im a bokke fan, and was only too happy to see us win, but the AB put up a lacker game, and to be honest when dan carter went to take that last drop kick i though we had lost it.

An incredible game of rugby.  The intensity that both teams have brought to these first two tri series matches has been immense.  This could be the best tri series ever with the Wallabies looking to get their new era off to a good start.  These Springbok loose forwards are the best trio that I've seen in a very long time.

It's fitting that a game between the two top teams in the world should be decided by an individual moment of brilliance from Januarie.  The elation shown by the Springboks showed how much it means to win in NZ.  They looked like they'd just won the World Cup again.

I didn't see it, but from what I heard, the first 20 mins were boring, but the rest of the match was awesome.

just flicked it on as we where on the way out for dinner with the olds, but grabbed a beer and sat and watched the end...very glad we did, fantastic contest for the points, and my dad didnt mind being a tad late for duty down at diggers....As an Aussie, I know we need to improve S**t loads from the froggy tests to compete for any trophy this year...but hey, cmon the wallaby!!!!

A great game, and I support the ABs.  It remined me of the SA AB games in the past.  No shame in losing to SA. Matfield, I think, is the best player in the world at  the moment

It was a great TEST match. Hard, fast and no one backed down just like the AB V Boks test of old. Would've been better if we won but great game for the rugby purists.

A game full of suspense n drama, thrilling right to the end, hats off to the bokke a well fought match and the icing on the cake - a win.

To the ABs a time to reflect, build and come back fighting *touch wood*.

Either way I can stomach a 2 pt loss not a dissapointing effort by any standard.

I'm an All Black fan and I thought it was a d**n good game of rugby.

I was impressed that such a young inexperienced ABs team came so close to the Boks with such an inexperienced team and think that is promising for the future of NZ rugby.

Theres nothing like a Springbok/All Black game in my opinion.

Cant say it was a boring game by any standard, it had all the elements even a sending off!!

I must admit both teams were in it till the end and the drop kick put up by carter sent me into overdrive not to mention bringing back visions of the world cup quarters (but lets move on from that lol).

It was a great game, de Bokke have records to be proud of and the ABs loss will be a steping stone to build on.

Cant wait for the rematch in capetown we will probably see some changes in the lead up.

im a staunch all black fan and i thought it was a great game! could have gone either way! im not upset that we lost, would be boring if we won all the time. south africa are worthy opponents and NZ should not be upset that we lost by 2 points. it was a great game of rugby.

sick of all the media and some of other disloyal fans that moan and groan about this that and whatever.

Makes the Tri-Nations more interesting. GREAT GAME

I agree and gloat that i too am a Proud, True AB supporter, but the result in the weekend was what rugby is about.  SA played great defensive rugby and apart from the moment of brilliance from Januarie, SA won it in there defense!!!What a great game to watch and I wish all the teams good luck.  Just imagine a Tri-Nations that is played like this every week.  This is going to be a cracker of a tournament.

It was a h**l of a game.  No shame in us going down to a team that was better prepared and out-played us.  At least we got a bonus point, i thought we'd lose both these games after the english test.
