  1. none..........eat healthy and excersie. there is no easy way or short cut in loosing weight, u have to do it the hard way. this way the weight will come off and stay off. taking pills and all that c**p is just the lazy persons way.......it may be a blunt answer, but healthy eating and excersise is the only way...........unless you want one of them stomach shrinking ops

  2. Reductil is one that the doctor prescribes.  I thought that you had to be morbidly obese to be prescribed it, but a friend of mine recently got it prescribed to her (who is not that overweight) after she told the doctor that it was really getting her down, and her attempts to lose weight were fruitless.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend them, as you will pile the weight back on as soon as you stop taking them.

Start slow, but cutting out one particular thing you eat per day - e.g. a supper before you go to your bed.  If you're anything like me, you probably eat more out of habit rather than hunger, and the less you eat, your stomach will shrink and will need less to fill it.

I have now managed to cut back to 3 healthy meals per day, with no snacking in between - unless it's fruit, and am steadily losing weight at around 1-2lbs per week.

  3. yes there is one called reductil, and that is meant to suppress hunger. but the doc will need to check your bmi and all that kind of stuff as u have to be a certain weight to qualify for it

  4. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
