What different between problem ,skill& telent?

Talents are the hidden powers of a person born with him, or nurtured in him by his parents and community during childhood.  This is the original capacity of the person, his likings, abilities, hobbies etc.

The skills are the abilities given to a person by virtue of his training, education, or practice.

Talents once rightly identified can be nurtured by way of education in the same field of his talent and thus making it easy for him to improve his skills easier and faster.  

Skills of any kind can be developed in any person if he is keen in learning.  A talented person learns them faster ortherwise others too learns them at a later date with intense practice.
