  1. That would have to depend on both the question of whos game it is, mens or womens. As well as what level the players are being coached. Generally though for the womens game serving and passing are the most important aspects of the game so they should be practiced the most. This is the case for most girls level and lower level boys. For boys you have to take the focus off hitting as much as possible until it becomes a factor in matches.

  2. Leadership, patience, be a team player, determination would be a few

  3. serving,bump,set,spike,calling it,talking to your teammates,moving around,being a good teammate!!

    those all helped me very much!!

  4. lateral movement...being able to move laterally can help you learn every other skill...passing, digging, hitting, blocking and setting all involve moving from side to side and speed is key.

  5. vertical lift, speed, balalance, hand eye coridination, as well as strength

  6. determination, coordination, agility, upper body strength and teamwork.

  7. not to be ugly cuz i hate when ugly fat chicks play cuz they grose me out.... i like it when they were spandex and r blond hair and u no wat im saying guys i luv volleyball to be serious and i was jk i play it with my g*y buddies all the time leo and grant
