What digital camera has the best video quality and sound that is affordable?

I have a canon powershot A610. the video quality is perfectly fine for what i need, but the camera is very big and bulky.

  1. The Canon PowerShot A720IS is a smaller compact camera with excellent video quality for its price. It's smaller than the A610 and also uses AA batteries, however only 2 instead of 4.
