What dipping sauce should I use tonight for my tofu

Depends... What are you having with it?  

Tofu with peanut sauce sounds great.

How about some mango habenero sauce???  That stuff rocks.

I would go with the peanut sauce if those are the choices. But I prefer something with teriyake in it.

well this is different if you want to try it.  it's lighter than the sauces you mentioned, but tastes great on tofu.

PONZU SAUCE

I1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill.

Yield

1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
