HEY!! My son ride dirt bikes and I believe that the 65 cc bikes are around 29 inches, but you know you can adjust the height on all of them it just depends on the weight of the rider to.  Try the Suzuki dealer closest to you or on the web, all the major brands will give you the cc's and the height.  Hope this helps!
