IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BEING A SERIOUS RACER GET A CRF 150 AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY GET A 85 AND BORE IT OUT TO A 105. IF YOU ARE TALL ENOUGH JUST GET A 250F I WAS 13 WHEN I GOT ONE AND WAS FINE. IF YOU ARE A BIGINNER AND ARE PLANNING ON TRAIL RIDING GET A FOUR STROKE 125, THEY ARE MUCH EASIER TO RIDE AND LEARN ON THEN MOST OTHER BIKES.

It depends. if you are an experienced rider you should get a 85 or a 105 two-stroker. I ride a yamaha yz105 two-stroke and that thing is awsome. Its really fast. but if you are a beginner i wouldnt recommend it. my first dirtbike was a yamaha tt-r125 4-stroke when i was 8 and its a really good beginners bike. now  im 13 also and i race. so yeah dude get a 85 or 105 2 stroke bike.

Go along to a dealer and have a sit on a few bikes to see what suits best.  You don't say how old you are or what use you intend to put the bike to.  The 4 stroke would be better for someone who is a beginner and to find the best one for you for what use you want to put it too, the easiest way is to ask a shop.  Two strokes are harder to ride and are being phazed out and eventually won't be made at all.  So you would get better resale value from a good 4 stroke.
