Try the melafix and also internal parasite meds. But it looks like a growth of some sort. Idk but i doubt you can do anything about it.

melefix wont fix what your trying to fix I don't even see any sign of a disease the growth your talking about is near impossiable to see of make out in any of those pictures either because the tank glass in dirty and the reflexion of the light or the bluriness of the picture

what you need to rember is thease fish are man mad and what is taking place could be a result of that or it could be a trait your fish is showing maybe even indicating s*x or it could be a tumor of sorts I don't see any thing in the picture that meds or chemicals can fix
