  1. you shouldnt be smoking cigs in the 1st place duhh

  2. emphysema, lung cancer, herpes...

  3. Diseases that can be transmitted through saliva include mononucleosis, herpes, strep throat and other bacterial infections.

Although rare, if you have an open sore in your mouth, HIV can be transmitted, especially if the saliva of the HIV carrier is contaminated  with blood due to any ulcer or injury in his/her own oral cavity.

  4. Besides the very obvious one of lung cancer you mean? Herpes I suppose, if they have a nice ripe open sore that they rolled their ciggy through before passing it over to you.

  5. well, by sharing anything that relates to body fluids being swapped you can get STDs or even AIDs     and   you   DON'T want them

  6. mono is a likely case.

    herpes, maybe.

HIV, nooooooooooooo!! don't be fooled by other answers
