What diseases can you get if a restaurant lets roaches get in your food?

A Malaysian Restaurant in our city was in the newspaper because many people were ill after eating there and they found roaches and rats crawling around in the food storage.

Typhoid, Food poisoning most likely.

Typhus, dysentery,  E coli, almost any disease that can be spread. They are filthy creatures.

what restaurant lets a Roach get into the food so I don't go there

Who knows but you can just sue the restaurant for lost of money, and that would make up for it :)
