  1. For the salty dish others will be bringing the chips and dips...  SO why don't you bring the green and black olives?

They are salty and something most everyone overlooks at these occasions and there is seldom "any" left over at the end of the party.

The Green ones can be purchased in the large gallon jars at super walmarts.

    Hope this helps some.

  2. Get a variety of nuts and put them out in separate little dishes.

    Almonds

    pecans

    walnuts

    cashews

    peanuts

    macadamia nuts

  3. The saltiest things on the planet are chips, dips, crackers, bacon, ham and cheese, especially Velvetta, and pickles and olives.  Chose your favorite.

  4. It depends on what type of setting you will be in. Something heavy could be a Spaghetti or Macaroni and Cheese.

Something light would be a Salad or Appetizers, chicken wings or chips and dip.
