What disorder is characterized by fear of losing the love?

What personality disorder has the following traits:

-extreme fear that the partner will fall out of love for me

-guilt I have done something wrong in the relationship even if it is not the case

-regret and despair when I manage to end a bad relationship

I'm not really sure if its a personality disorder.  PDs are axis two disorders, which means that they are very hard to cure.  Most mental health problems are actually not personality disorders.  It could be a lot of things - depression, co-dependancy, anxeity.  It is probably related to things that happened in the past.  When you start to feel this way stop for a second and listen to the voice that's telling you that.  Who is it that is telling you you've done something wrong?  Where did you get that idea from?  If you can tell whose voice it is that you've internalized, sometimes you can make it shut up and go away.  :)
