  1. The book that defines the qualifications, dis-qualifiers and waivers available is over an inch thick. Anyone that would attempt to answer the question as asked in the limited space available would be doing you a disservice.

To find out if you qualify, go talk to a recruiter.

  2. Obviously "Poncho" has no sense of honor and patriotism. People that are at least interested in the military deserve more credit than Poncho the idiot. There are some limitations depending on what you are talking about. Mental problems are assessed on the severity of the problem. Physical problems are the same. If you have no legs, you are probably not going to make it in. But if you have asthma they can work around that. Good luck!

  3. The link below is to the medical standards. Study Chapter Two. There are over 200 conditions which can disqualify you. Some waivers to those standards are granted, but not all are granted.

  4. Ask your local recruiter.

  5. if it is physical or mental health then you need a civilian doctor to clear you, if it is a family situation you need proof that either this situation will not interfere with you performance or that the situation dose not exist anymore, but if you are trying to get out for your contract any of the reasons is good enough to get separated

  6. I hope that you don't want to join the army.  Don't you think that our countries should settle their problems a different way?  If the countries have problems lately, they're just killing each other.  I think that's so barbaric.
