  1. ECM means your on board computer.  You may try to disconnect the battery and re-connect, sometime it will reset the computer.

  2. if they are two "long" flashes it would be a code 20 for the electronic load detector.  that basically means there is an inconsistent power source voltage to the ECM.  typically from a low battery or under charging alternator but it could be a spiking output from an alternator.

    there is no code 2 nor a code 11 so if you read it correctly it would have to be the code 20

    the best thing to do is to pull the back-up fuse in the underhood fuse panel and leave it out for about 5 minutes.  then put it back in.  that will clear the code.  if may be an intermittant failure and the light may not come back on.

    check the battery (load test) and check the alternator output and belt adjustment if the light comes back on
