  1. Doctors who practice Western medicine don't believe in 'Alternative Medicine'. It wasn't so long ago, western Dr.'s didn't believe sticking needles into pressure points could actually heal anything. Now, acupuncture is becoming widely accepted.

It was an even shorter time that western Dr.'s didn't feel that emotional, spiritual support had anything to do with healing the body. Now, it is accepted that to heal the body, you must help the spirit and psychological part of the human being.

Unfortunately, Western medicine is very slow to accept what Eastern and Native (Shamanic) medicine has known for millennia.

  2. Guess it's a pro and cons with doctors

Some doctors are for Natural products

  3. It's healthy to take them.

I'm 6 days into the CleanseSmart (rated #2 on detoxreviews.com).

The first few days I had a slight headache (detox reaction) and your bowels feel kind of funny.

    Now, I feel absolutely fine.

It's healthy to detox!  Gets rid of all those toxins your body has built up.

I know my doctor probably wouldn't recommend a product like this, as doctors are taught to prescribe drugs, and usually don't believe in natural health.  But as long as you don't have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the cleanse...I don't see any problem with taking it :)

  4. I am sorry but the second answer cracks me up. The signs that the "detox" product are working are the same symptoms that I would have tomorrow if I polished off a case of beer tonight. Perhaps beer detoxifies, too?

  5. 1) careful

    2) usually they have laxative properties (make you go #2)

    3) they usually also have diuretic effect (pull water out of you)
