  1. Great country, great people, alas the place is sometimes spoiled by British "yobs" and "chavs", please accept my appology for this

  2. I think Spain is a top place, the weather is a lot better than the UK, there aren't cctv cameras watching you everywhere. you pay less tax than us, It's cheaper to live there. The transport infrastructure is massively superior to the UK's. Siesta's are very civilised. The food is healthier. The people aren't as xenophobic as the majority of British are.

Come to think of it, why the devil am I still living in England???????

  3. I think its close to Portugal

  4. i love spain ..goin on holiday there on sunday cant wait...whats the weather like thier at the moment?

  5. Are you Spanish, welll Personally i would like to go there on holiday. and have a happy life there question answered!

  6. Its hot, dry and mountinous.

People like football and don't work much in the afternoon.

People tend to have a socialist and catholic outlook, but are not evangelical.

Your infrastructure has been paid for by our taxes, but with enlargement thats going to change.

Food and wine is good, but not much variety.

The Spanish fisherman are very unpopular with the English.

Spain appears to lack ambition, which is curious having once been a super power.

  7. Dry, barren, dusty, too hot, ugly landscape, cr.ap drivers, too many different nationalities, unfriendly and xenophobic Spaniards, too many south Americans ( thieving bas.tards), too many gipsies (thieving bas.tards). Not enough real Spanish food in the resorts, tapas too expensive, beer now too expensive ( Spanish beer is horrible also). Bull fights, goat drops, chicken drops, bull runs ( in short - gross animal cruelty).  Hope that helps!!

  8. I like Spain, its mountains and cities. However, its coast, once beautiful, are being treated with greed. Spain is losing the beauty of its coast in the name of tourism.

On the other hand, Spain is a great place to eat, drink and drive around. As the Italians and Greeks, Spaniards are enjoyable people.

  9. well i am from spain too , and i think that spain is marvellous, beautiful , irresistible,

    .......i havent got words

    VIVA ESPAÑA¡¡¡¡

  10. think its an interesting country, but shame its frequently invaded by drunken english tourists

  13. Well I'm not english, but I would love to visit spain. But if i do, it would probably be to protest bullfights. If they no longer had those, I could have a much more desirable vacation there.

  14. Dirty, hot & full of sleazy waiters trying to cop off with rough old northern birds

  15. The English Love your Country and People.

They like your weather, your food ,your very cheap booze and cigarettes and you try and make them feel like being at home (even though some English people can be very demanding and very rude.)

I,  an Englishman ,salute you and wish you and your countrymen well.

  16. as a welshman i absolutely love the place,my preferred destinationas to be malaga,-2,mallorca-2,menorca-1.i wish i could live there.

  17. Seems very popular with our criminals.

  18. That it's...

    Hot

    Full of Men in Sombreros

    Drunk Brits

    Spicey food

    Cheap goods

    A king

    AND

    Quality football teams!

  19. Its alright,Portugal's better.

  20. Most English people know very little about Spain and their opinions are based on going to an average package hotel near the sea.

Most do not speak the language and so are surprisingly ignorant of what the locals think and do.

My main complaints are that your stupid lack of an effective immigration policy is building up great problems for the future. You have high unemployment but still let in thousands of uneducated immigrants. Their children will not accept low conditions, pay and expectations.

You let in too many foreigners who refuse to integrate and will, when they get older, put an impossible strain of your health services.

Your greed has destroyed much of the beauty of Mediterranean coast line.

    The good?

Real Spain is still only 100 metres from the main road.

    The 'ambiente'.

    The food.

Cost of living is still lower than in the UK. Especially council tax.

  30. Viva Espana! Soy Inglesa y llevo 16 anos en Espana. No mi gusta volver a Inglaterra nunca. Mi yerno es Andalus.

  31. well 2 million English people now live on the Spanish Costas and millions more visit as tourists (it is the most popular destination for British tourists) so no matter what people may say on here, you can be sure that most English people like Spain very much!

if anything it's the lower class English expats/tourists that spoil it a bit.
