  1. To be honest... really boring c**p most of the time.  Our standard meetings are the stereotypical business meetings with the secretary reading the minutes from the last meeting, the treasurer talking about the balance of the check-book, new business and old business.. standard boring c**p.

The other types of meetings we have a called "Special" meetings, where we either perform the ceremonies to make new Freemasons, or have special programs to honor some of our members or our spouses or widows of members that have passed on and things like that.  These meetings are pretty cool.

When not at meetings, but when we get together on weekends and the like, we're doing special projects and stuff.  Standard social projects like cleaning play areas around schools, and helping out disabled veterans at the VA hospitals.

  2. THEY MASON STUFF FOR FREE.

  3. practice ritual, study morality, plan community service projects and charitable activities; perform degree work to initiate and advance candidates.

  4. It's a seeeeeecret!!!!!!

  5. They go on YA R&S and make fun of the Loin...

  6. There was a Monty Python sketch about it.  Quite good, really.

  7. I'm not a Freemason, but a friend of mine said they enjoy getting together to drink beer and play poker.

  8. They talk, and do things that are secret to the outside world and that's the reason why you will never know what they do unless you join. That's the catch :]

And by the way my dad is a freemason and he's never told me of his activities.

  9. The answer will depend on who you ask.

  10. get drunk on god only knows what and talk about life.

id imagine thats what they do

  11. Sculpt rocks.

  12. That is REALLY secret. I have one friend (who is g*y) that is a member (brother?).... he won't tell me what they do, but when I have joked about circle jerks, he just smiles and says he likes it and perhaps I would like it. (a joke?). I have also had friends whose dad's were members. They didn't know either, but have thought that it was sexual. I don't necessarily think the the whole organization is based on s*x, but I do think perhaps there is a little 'fun' going on. Mutual masturbation? I don't know, but somethings up. Who cares, they do good things....give money to charity, help their communities, build fellowship, and help each other.

  13. they free masons

  14. It really does depend upon the purpose of the meeting. In a general meeting we discuss lodge business and maybe contemporary issues provided that they are not religious or political in nature. We also organize charity work and manage the general activities of the lodge as a community center.

Some times meetings are also held to initiate new members or existing members into higher degrees.

And then we plan to take over the world MWAHAHA!

  15. Well the History channel told me that it is simply an old boy's club. But we know better, huh?
