What do I ask the hairdresser for if I want a haircut like this...(10 points)?

you can probably take them a picture of the kind you want..

i think you should go with long layers and a trim and then have them cut you some side bangs and then like when you get of the shower blowdry your hair upside down and part it kida to the side and it would be really really cute =]

just bring the pictures with you! both of them; they'll know exactly what you want then. If you want it a little different length too; let them know and they'll do that. :)
