What do I call a car driving simulation game?

Question

That comes with a break and pedal and is identical to real life driving? My driving instructor told me to purchase the game because I had great difficulting with coordination and controlling the wheel. I want a game that simulates real life driving where the extent to which you turn the wheel in the game is the same as if you had turned the wheel in real life.

gran turismo game is great for that the steering is realistic...  you can probably pick up and older version for like 20 and then the steering kit for like 60 used or 140 new.
