My toolbar on my computer's monitor is normally at the bottom of the screen now it's all weird and on the side! I'm in deep c**p now because my dad hates when I mess the computer up! How do I get it back to normal? I'm on a Gateway PC.

  1. Drag your mouse on it.  Hold the left button down and drag it back to the bottom of your screen.

The toolbar can be put anywhere along the edges of any side of your screen.

If you have a problem like this one, open your help manual and look up toolbars and it will give you a full explanation.

    Hope this helps.

  2. Hi Angel,

This is a common mistake that occurs when the toolbars aren't locked. All you need to do is click and hold on the blue area of the task bar and drag it to the bottom of the screen. Hopefully that will do the trick for you.

What you can do to prevent it from happening again, when its back at the bottom, right click the blue part of the task bar and click "Lock the Taskbar" and this does exactly as it says.

  3. LOL...thats easy...just click an empty section of the toolbar, and then drag it to the bottom.
