I have this muscle in my leg that seems to be sore. I can still run very well and with no pain generally, but I feel a tightness when I stretch. I do walk up and down stairs with allot of weight and sometimes my knee has a sharp little pain but then it leaves. All of this occurs on my left side. It feels really good when I stretch it but I am worried that I am hurting myself. Can anyone help?
