What do I do about a rude exterminator?

I keep my apartment clean and the roaches would not dissappear so after complaing to my landlord 4 times he finally get an exterminator over. So we cleared the cabinets and the restroom and what does this RUDE man say? He say's Oh common how do you expect cockroaches to not be here the way you keep the stove!! What!!? My stove is clean and he's only there to do a job not to scold over the stove..that stove is old and the cockroaches were there before us!

well, i would fire him but since you didn't hire him looks like you'll just have to live with it.  you can ask him to leave the house and have your landlord get you a different exterminator but that would take even longer.
