I just started feeding a stray cat about 2 months ago, now a hurricane might come and I dont have enough room for him to evacuate with us and besides he is wild. He doesnt use litter and has never been inside. What do I do?

  1. leave food out for him and IF the storm hits... trust me, animals know things like this far before you do, he WILL be fine and will escape to high ground long before it's too late!

Hopefully you dont evacuate and you can eventually adopt him, but worst case is let him be outside in his known environment- he will survive, cats are amazingly adapted to do just that.

  2. call animal control or just take him in yourself,  buy some cat food or just feed him any meat you have in the house while the hurracain passes . btw cats are naturally clean animals - ifyou take him in he will work out how to use a cat box

  3. if it were me i would take it to the aspca and surrender it. that way you know that it will get good care and possibly adopted into a good home.

  4. Tw options really:

1 leave the cat outside when you evacuate if its wild then it already no's how to hunt so it'll be fine.

2 take it to a shelter or a rehoming place, even the police or rspca will all help you!

    hope it helps
