  1. It does not affect your loan,.  Just be sure to pay on time.  If you have not does this already, see if you can have the payment automatically deducted every month from you bank account.  It assures you are on time, and saves the cost of stamps.


  2. I don't quite understand the question. You still have to pay the loan. If you don't and the cosigner is disabled/not working then they'll repo the car.

  3. You pay the auto loan. They stuck out their good credit for you. No one will bother him/her as long as you don't s***w it up. If you s***w up, you ruin your credit and that poor soul will be hassled by the financial institution. Don't let that happen. Pay your dues on time and no one will bother him/her. I hope he/she gets better.
