What do I do about fragmented files?

I have ran my disc fragmenter and it left 334 folder fragments. Is there something I can do to fix this? How would I do this myself?

Sometimes running the defragger twice in a row (if you can afford the lost computer time) does a better job.

Try running a different defragger and see if it gets them.

Defragging will not be able to move files that are currently being used, or certain system files.

Also, the defrag program that comes with windows is very basic and not very 'strong'
