I don't think I have the emotional strength to listen to them abusing me without saying a word to them. I just keep quiet when they say bad things to me. How do I handle this?

  1. Tell someone like a school counselor or another adult that could help you out. Are you causing them to yell at you or why do they do it? If you are not doing anything to deserve it definitely tell someone and they can help you decide whether or not you have enough standings to take it to a higher authority.

  2. Tell them they are abusive and tell them hey I shouldn't be talked to this way and they probably wouldn't want you to talk to them that way.  Ask them why they say such hurtful things.

  3. talk to a counselor or a trusted friends parents or a mentor of yours. they can help!

  4. tell someone, a maybe someone who you parents trust. Like a grandparent, aunt, uncle, ask them to talk to your parents for you if you didn't feel comfortable yourself.

if you don't feel comfortable doing that then ask someone for help, that is not a situation to be in, either way you need to tell an adult, even if it is a teacher or neighbor, a friends parent, you cant keep this to yourself, that is not a way to grow up, it is not a healthy environment for you!

    how old are you?

  5. Without knowing what they are saying, all I can do is suggest that you talk one on one, in person, to your minister or a favorite teacher or councilor at school
