What do I do about the baby spiders on my ceiling?

Today I looked up and saw many tiny spiders crawling around on my ceiling. My mom and I went around the house killing all that we could see. I think they came from a nest that was in the ceiling corner that isn't there anymore.

Estimating... how many are there?

What is the most efficent (not fumigating) way to get rid of them?

And can they cause any harm to me and my family?

These are regular indoor spiders.

Use the vaccuum and empty them in your neighbors window!

take a broom or a duster with an extension pole and wipe them away...they are soft bodied so will easily be killed and then swept up at the same time
