What do I do about these dang fleas!?

Question

A few days ago my mom and I came back from a trail ride and we had little red bumps all over us and i think they are flea bites. Now they are spreading on us AND to the rest the family. what should we do???

hydrocortizone stop the itching temporarily but they wont go away HELP!!!!!!!!!

first off you need to wash any clothes that you wore that day as well as any other clothes that dirty clothes came in contact with.  then you should wash your bed sheets really good cause they can easily hide away in them.  and if the rest of your family is also getting them you should really just do a check around the whole house.  they could be hiding out in your couches for all you know.  also, it is possible that it could be from your horse stable.  just because you cant see the fleas on your horses doesn't mean they aren't there.  and fleas can also survive very good in grass.  i recently had to medicate my back yard because there were so many fleas, and my two dogs were completely flea free.  so just check EVERYWHERE!  good luck.

It sounds more like poison Ivy. It can be spread from animal fur or from person to person. You can also spread it from one area of your body to another. Oh I feel sorry for you if that is what you have.

My husband had it really bad one time. He was miserable. We ordered something from the internet that worked but I don't remember what it was.

You might want to do a Google search and see if the symptoms match what you're experiencing.
