What do I do if I've lost my court summons for jury duty??

I received a court summons for jury duty in may and I didn't have time to go, so I postponed it to july. The thing is, I lost my court summons and I don't have my JID or pin so I can't call in to know if i have to appear in court w/ my group. And the day I postponed it to is tomorrow! What do i do?! HELP!
