What do I do if I joined the wrong group by mistake and now want to join another one??

Click on edit membership and scroll down to leave group. then just apply at the other one.

Go ahead and join the one that you really want to join.  Then go to the other group's site and sign in to the group and click "Edit Membership" near top of page. Scroll down to bottom right side of screen. Click "Leave Group". Another screen will come up, click "Leave Group". You will then be instantly unsubscribed from the group. It might take a day or so to stop receiving messages from the group, then they will stop coming to you

you can stay as a member of that group or

if you can

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check small box click save changes

if you leave via e-mail, expect delays in that going through

Go to the group that your in already and just hit leave group... it should be by the part where it said join group. Then you can go and join another one
