I play on a competitive volleyball team and the people on my team have already been playing on the same team with eachother for years and when we had tryouts I was good enough to make it on their team. But they dont accept me even though I am just as good as them. I dont know what to do because I'm always worried about fitting in with them that it affects how I play. I have to go out of the country with this team and stay in a house with them and have a roommate but they all have their partners figured out and we have eleven people on our team. So its not even and I'm the one always being left out. Anything i can do?

  1. I don't think that they don't like you. I think they just don't know you so they feel awkward around you. Don't let it affect your performance on the court then they will think less of you. Be friendly and approachable and I'm sure you'll start friends with them. The girls on my team have been playing basketball together for years (they play on the volleyball team with me when they don't have basketball season to keep in shape). I was new but after a while I was hanging out with all of them on a regular basis. Join a pair of girls that you think are nice and just relax. Hoped that helped. Good luck ;)

  2. i'd say quit...if those ****** dont like you just leave...i know i would

  3. if you try so hard they will like you even less, just be yourself, they will come around and see you for who you really are.  if they dont change, dont change for them
